What this list includes, and what it leaves out

Formulas manufactured in a European country, which puts them under EU Regulation 2016/127 or its post-Brexit UK equivalent.
Left out
A European brand name is not enough: what counts is where the tin was made. Some brands manufacture for the US market outside Europe, and those SKUs sit under FDA rules instead.
