Infant formulas with whole-milk fat

Most infant formulas build their fat from a vegetable-oil blend. A smaller tier keeps whole milk fat, which retains the milk fat globule membrane and a fat structure closer to breast milk. Eight formulas in the Atlas list whole cow milk or whole milk fat among their ingredients.
